The location was good and I could use the parking lot. I left a work cap in the locker, sure I had forgotten it there, and when I returned the cleaning staff couldn’t find it. I searched my car and both suitcases, but it was nowhere to be found.

The front desk staff were very friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the hotel’s location was quite good. However, there was a lot of noise; the room was on the first floor and people were constantly talking in the kitchen. The shower water pressure dropped so much that it was almost dry.

Everything was fine. Nothing to complain about.

The only good thing was the location. The door didn’t close properly, so I had to insist on a room change; the staff member on duty refused, so I told her she’d be responsible if any of my luggage went missing because I had important documents. When I finally moved, the new room had dirty walls, an old closet with a foul smell, and a hand‑washing area with stains; I even doubted whether it was dirt or something else. At least the door did close properly.

The location and the staff’s attention were good.
