It is indeed a great place. Very much customer oriented and very well though about the traveler needs. 1. The place is not far away from the city center and yet very calm - so no issues for sleep, yet you make the UNESCO COlumn in less than 15 minutes easy walking 2. Parking is very big, and very well taken care off. Place is closed during the night, with reception open full time 24 hours 3. Staff is very friendly and speaks perfect English 4. Room we had was biger than I have expected and was perfect for our small dog due to double doors and nice corridor to the stairs / elevator. 5. Hotel is wheel chair and strols friendly - one of the best I have seen 6. Breakfast is reasonable and you can buy beer, wise, water and snacks from reception for rather stree price - i.e. they are not trying to rob you as a touris 7.If you running type - garden with nice loops is about 5 miutes away - another plus, it is not in center - the trafic was not an issue for us. Not sure it is a minus - it is about 30 minutes walt to the main railway station, it is about all I have to add as to be concerned about. It is though close to public transport, which is also positive :)

Great hotel in a good location—quiet surroundings and a 20‑minute walk to the center. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, free parking in the hotel yard, and an elevator. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Ołomuniec is a beautiful city.

I stayed in a small but fully equipped attic room that was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. It was close to the city center yet set in a very quiet and peaceful area. The staff were very friendly and the breakfasts were tasty and fresh. It would have been nice if the check‑out time could be moved a bit later, like 11.00.
