The staff interaction was first class, but the shower water could have been warmer and some of the pool beds need replacing.

“WARNING don’t stay here!!”

The only good thing about this property was the location; it was very run down and very overpriced, the room had a bad smell of mould, the AC was noisy, the bathroom was dirty and mouldy (which I didn’t use), the linen was dirty, the pillows were hard and lumpy, the bed was hard, the floor tiles were cracking underfoot, the doors wouldn’t lock, the reception staff were very rude, I asked for a refund so I could move to another accommodation, the staff were rude and said they couldn’t help, and I had to contact someone else who was very helpful after a number of emails to the property with no answer; I wouldn’t recommend staying at Inna Sindhu, but I finally got a refund with Book.com help, and it was very disappointing to have such a stressful situation on the last week of holidays.

“Perfectly located, simple and ticked all the boxes and more. Can’t wait until our next trip!!”

We appreciated the old traditional Bali style accommodation, it was central, on the beach, and perfect for us; the spa was fabulous and the ladies were amazing, and there was nothing we didn’t like.

Bra läge, trevlig personal. Det rum vi fick var det lite slitet i badrum. Luktade illa från avlopp i badkar. De regler som hotellet säger sig ha angående paxa solstolar levde de inte upp till, då vissa långlivade alltid kunde lägga sina handukar på solstolarna klockan 07.00 för att sedan komma vid 10-11 tiden för att användas den. Otroligt irriterande då det endast fanns 3 stycken platser vid havet som har parasoll och alla alltid bokade direkt på morgonen

“Again happy there”

I was again with a bigger group in this hotel, and again – THANKS, GOOD JOB! Of course the next group again Inna Sindhu…thanks to all staff, and everything was fine.
