“Do not book this place- no transport, no privacy, no one takes care of this place at all.”

The Wi‑Fi worked, but everything else was a nightmare. I’d never written a bad review before, yet this place was terribly run. We texted the night before to confirm we could arrive late, and they said yes, but when we got there no one was around, which felt odd. The owner had another guest show us around, but we only got one towel for our two‑person booking. Showers had no hot water, the bathroom had no sink, the lights kept going out, and the toilet flush was unreliable. Drinking water ran out, and with no staff on site we couldn’t book boats or lanchas. The property only offered two broken, old kayaks, the sole means of getting around on the river, so we were stuck with no way to leave or explore. There was no dock to relax on the water, just a tiny one for boats. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and the rooms had no ceilings, so there was no privacy—walls only, letting everyone hear everything. Don’t book here; it’s not worth the money. The owner never showed up, and the only help came from his nephew. He even tried to overcharge someone for a lancha, which I wouldn’t trust.

“Prachtige ligging en fijn personeel we heel basic.”

The location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful, but there was no drinking water available and there’s no shop nearby for daily groceries.
