Probably the most beautiful riad we’ve seen, with a very good breakfast. However, there was no hot water, the Wi‑Fi was very weak or non‑existent, and we were stuck outside for 20 minutes until the neighbor called the concierge to open the door.

We found the door locked, the listed parking spot was missing, and no one answered the provided phone number. In the chat, we were treated very brusque and rude. When someone finally arrived, they disappeared again without giving us a key for the entrance gate. The reception was supposedly open 24 h, but definitely no one was there. I advise everyone to avoid this riad!

A very beautiful riad, full of charm and authenticity. The welcome was warm, and the great gentleman ABDELGHANI was simply remarkable from start to finish—absolutely kind, always smiling, extremely professional, and he anticipated every need. His valuable tips for visiting the city and restaurant recommendations greatly enriched our experience. We immediately felt at home thanks to his kindness and constant availability. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated in Moroccan style. We also loved the calm and ambiance of the place. A very nice experience in Meknès; I highly recommend this riad! 🌸🇲🇦 No complaints.

I spent a fantastic time at this hotel; everything was flawless: the place is spotless, peaceful, and stunning. The staff are friendly, smiling, and always attentive. Breakfast was tasty, diverse, and of high quality. I recommend this hotel without hesitation and will gladly return.
