Available ironing board, parking space, breakfast. The intense smell of chlorine in the room, a clogged sink drain, difficulty adjusting the shower water temperature, a carpet that needed washing, and damp spots in the corner of the wall.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, parking, balcony view. A spiderweb on the radiator that couldn’t be tightened.

Great place for staying and exploring Bielsko, or for a trip to the mountains or a concert. Rooms were clean. Free parking, very good classic breakfast (choice of scrambled eggs, fried eggs, sausages or mix), a coffee machine for aromatic coffee. For the price, there’s nothing else to add. Only the pillow was too thin, but you can fold it in half and it’s fine.

The location was fine and that’s all. The bed was so bad you could actually sleep on it, the walls were dirty and stained, the bathroom existed but the water dripped from the basin for some reason, the shower had a buildup of deposits, everything worked only on a word of honor.
