The spot was great and the food hit the spot too; Divesh Kohli was super supportive and on top of things.

The room stayed spotless, the staff were very cooperative and Manager Sant Ram ji went above and beyond; the food was excellent and plentiful, making for a pleasant stay overall.

The place was clean, but the outside views left something to be desired.

The staff were polite and the food tasted like home, but the absence of a room heater was a real downside—especially in this cold region where a heater should be standard and not an extra charge.
