“Don’t do business with this place”

I had a frustrating experience with this hotel. After making a reservation, I noticed that the page had reverted to the current date instead of my booked date, so I reached out for help. Unfortunately, no one from Element responded to my queries, and the reservation person I spoke to wasn't willing to assist me. The lack of direct contact information for the property made things worse, leaving me feeling disappointed with the hotel's customer service.

“We didn’t enjoy our stay with the Element Dallas Las Colinas location”

I appreciated the hotel's convenient location, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. However, I was disappointed with the state of the property. The smell of dog waste was noticeable in the parking lot and entrance, and our bathroom was not clean, with a long strand of black hair on the toilet. To make matters worse, our air conditioner was noisy and disrupted my sleep.
