The natural hot spring was great. The space was ample and open. The rooms were clean and there was a place to remove shoes, which I liked. Providing such a level of service at this price is wonderful. The only problem was that the front desk had black tea and green tea, but they weren’t placed in the amenity area.

“Maybe I will choose here again when I come Tokyo next year.”

The location is very good and parking is free and easy. The breakfast is abundant, but it would be better if there were more desserts. There was no phone in the room and no phone service at the front desk. As a tourist I had no idea where I could make a call.

“ご飯が美味しかったら非の付け所がないくらい良かった。”

The place was spotless everywhere, giving a really good vibe, and the big bath was clean and relaxing. The breakfast buffet had a few options missing, and the rice was the worst part—more like awful than just bland, and I wish they’d fix that.
