The price was fair, especially on short notice, and the owner replied quickly. Getting to the place in Bath was a breeze. However, the accommodation was far from clean and needed a deep clean; the cat kept startling me, so I tried to leave as soon as possible. There was only one bathroom with a toilet shared among many rooms.

It was cheap, but overall it was okay. It was pretty low standard, but considering the price it was good value. We were warm and dry and the doors were locked. There was only one bathroom shared by five rooms and not enough cups.

Everything about this property is absolutely disgusting: bed bugs, a broken window, a kitchen that couldn’t even be used because it was so dirty; I avoided it at all costs. When I stayed, I had to leave on the first evening because it was unbearable. The staff said they had sent a handyman, but they didn’t, and the woman said she couldn’t speak English. Avoid this property at all costs—unlivable condition.

The building feels ancient, with plenty of visible water damage and a very dated, unfinished look that shows it hasn't been maintained. The bathroom is old, and the kitchen is shared with other occupants who seem to live there permanently. The bedroom is uninviting, lacks a coffee maker, and you have to use the shared kitchen, which also doesn't provide coffee. There’s no private parking available.

The only perk is that it’s just a stone’s throw from the bus stop. I checked in at 6 pm and checked out at 10 am, and the place was dirty.
