Americas Best Value Inn and Suites St. Cloud

I had a truly terrible experience at this hotel. Despite its location, the overall condition of the hotel was disgusting, with smoking allowed everywhere and broken facilities. I was forced to ask for a different room, and the staff made a big deal about it. Needless to say, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

My stay at this hotel was a disaster from the start. When I checked in, I was told there was no hot water, and when I questioned it, I was informed that the boiler had been down for two days. To make matters worse, the ice machine wasn't working, and I was told I could get a refund because there was no manager on site. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with my experience.

“Manipulative staff”

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The staff was manipulative, letting us check into a room without telling us there was no hot water, and when we went to the front desk, they were rude and unhelpful. To make matters worse, they refused to refund my money or offer any kind of explanation or discount. Needless to say, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I did appreciate the comfortable beds at this hotel, but I have to say that I hardly saw any staff during my stay. It was a bit strange, but I guess that's just the way it was.

“America's WORST Inn”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. While the location was convenient and pet-friendly, the room itself was a nightmare, smelling of mold and stale smoke. The facilities were also in a state of disrepair, with a clogged sink, a broken ice machine, and a leaky tub. To make matters worse, the hotel seemed to be in a state of neglect, with black mold on the ceiling and broken doors. Needless to say, it was the worst stay I've ever had.
