The room was pretty spacious, but there was no window. The shower stayed clogged, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this price, and the front‑desk staff weren't very friendly.

The hotel in Medan had friendly staff, tidy rooms and solid facilities, and the breakfast was good with some western options, but my room faced the street and the street noise made it hard to sleep.
