The staff were very pleasant and helpful, though they didn’t speak English and I don’t speak Hindi, and the location was great with a lift to all floors. I was misled about the room: I booked a “river view and terrace” room, but no room had a terrace, only an unfurnished roof terrace; the room had no river view at all. When I asked, I learned those rooms were deluxe and cost extra. The room I got was small, cramped, and windowless, not the one I had booked. The hotel only apologized and offered an upgrade for an additional fee, so I would not stay again.
