The breakfast was good with plenty of it available. The staff were professional and polite throughout our stay. The shower pressure along with the temperature fluctuated

The spot was great, and the staff were friendly, but the breakfast was just okay at best, and being in a basement meant no natural light.

The room is small and I could hear everything the people on the upper floor were doing. It was just uncomfortable and I would never stay here again.

The breakfast area is cramped; you have to arrive at the right time or you won’t find a seat. The location is great, the beds are quite soft for today’s standards, cleanliness is up to par, but the lunch and dinner options are very low quality – like overcooked pasta with canned sauce. Fix the breakfast area and improve the mattress in the bed.

The room was spacious but had a “view” of a wall. Breakfast was good and better than dinner. The air‑conditioning in the room and the hotel’s location near Hyde Park were definitely positives.
