I stayed in October at the Mall View Hotel; the room was tidy, the staff—especially duty manager Mr. Farhan and Hassan—were very helpful, and I highly recommend returning.

The room was fine and the staff were good, but the breakfast needs improvement.

The bed was a good size, but the bathroom was almost broken—taps were loose, hot water was off, and the manager said it wasn’t the season for hot water and wouldn’t turn on the water heater.

Only the staff were fine and cooperative including receptionists! Give 08/10. Nothing is complementary! No kitchen. no lunch no dinner! I don't like food from outside. Major issue! No toiletries/amenities Unstable mattress Weird smell in the washroom 🤢! And I have a smoking allergy, even mentioned during my booking but late at night it was too much of a smoking smell in the toilet. The fridge is leaking water, they said due to electricity but it continues leaking. The electricity came, my ac was off, I asked at reception then it was on. Because there was too warm weather in Lahore Pakistan. Small cockroachies 🪳 every where. even at the fridge, door, window and the floor. I am not expecting the luxury but these are major issues. I hope, the honest review will help to solve these major issues! Kindly pay attention on it. Thanks 👍 In conclusion: Overall stay was OK!
