The housekeeper was helpful and friendly at all times. Overall we had a pleasant stay at the Riad. Beware of the (daily) trips offered by the hotel; the same service is available online for less.

The establishment is very well located, quiet and clean. There is no flexibility for breakfast, and since we went on excursions, we only had breakfast once in six days. No option to have something ready, even if we notified for the next day.

The location, breakfast on the rooftop terrace, nice room, quiet setting in the Medina among the local friendly residents. A relief to be able to walk the streets safely, even alone. Delicious meals, daily tagine or couscous (various types). Nothing was disappointing.

Breakfast was a true Moroccan brunch. The staff were very kind, helpful, and patient. The riad and our room were very well furnished with typical items. Very pretty! We had booked a taxi that never came to pick us up. We couldn’t access our room because it was under renovation. We were moved to a neighboring riad and thought it was a scam. They wouldn’t show us our room. In the end, we were able to access our room the next day. The shower lacked hooks to hang pajamas and towels.
