The location is near the dining area, about 700m from the beach. It’s fairly clean and the room design is functional. However, the fabric items like chairs and curtains had a smell, and other guests smoked in the hallway, so I had to breathe in cigarette smoke while passing by, which was unpleasant.

Thank you for letting me share my stay at Mira Hotel Grand, Quy Nhon. From the moment I entered, the staff were the friendliest, eager to answer every question I had. After checking in, I was taken to the lift and the room was spotless, with a very large bed and a small table and chairs for relaxing away from the bed. The bathroom came stocked with soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, earbuds—things you don’t always find in hotels. It was so quiet that I could only sleep peacefully. Every morning the cleaning ladies arrived at the door with big smiles, ready to change the bedding and clean the room. It’s a great idea to go to the rooftop and enjoy the swimming pool. Honestly, I can’t think of any negative point. Congratulations to Mira Management on a job well done; I can’t find anything I dislike.

Central location. It was very dirty and two towels were soiled.

Ideally positioned near the city centre, a 6‑minute walk to the shopping mall with a wide variety of shops, surrounded by eateries, and a minute walk to the beach in the opposite direction. There are laundries around the hotel. The staff are excellent—from cleaning to reception—and I’ve found a new family here after meeting them. I can’t think of anything to dislike; everything is really pleasant. The only thing missing is a hot tub or spa bath, which I would have appreciated.

I had to extend my initial visit because I felt so welcome and comfortable. The reception staff, cleaners, and breakfast team go out of their way to make guests feel welcome, which is both noted and appreciated. There is a swimming pool, but since I can’t swim, I would have liked a hot tub or spa to enjoy. Apart from that, there is nothing I don’t like; everything here is great and wonderful.
