We stayed with a family of five and the place was decent overall. We wished there had been a table on the veranda and some extra cushions for the outdoor chairs. The beds were fine, but the mattresses were old and rather firm, making sleep less comfortable.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the attractions. We had plenty of space for our group of 7 people. However, we did miss a kettle in the room and the lighting could have been better, especially in the kitchen area.

The place was lovely, and it's not far from the ski slopes, which is a major plus. However, the view from our room was a letdown - we didn't get any view at all, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it's a nice spot, but the lack of a view was a bit of a bummer.

The hotel's location was a real treat, surrounded by a blanket of snow that made everything look magical. However, the real challenge was getting the room to warm up - it took a bit too long to get the heat going, which was a bit frustrating. Still, the beautiful scenery outside made up for the minor inconvenience, and the staff were helpful when I needed assistance. Overall, it was a pleasant stay despite a few minor hiccups.
