This was by far the cleanest place we have stayed at, and the room looked brand new! The room was a good size. The pet fee was minimal—just $25! I’m very happy about that, because many hotels charge almost as much as the room itself. The bed was amazingly comfortable! I would highly recommend it. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect!

The front‑desk lady was new but very helpful. I couldn't get the TV to work for 2‑3 hours, and they ended up moving us to a different room. The worst part was having to unpack again. Aside from the TV issue, the move was the main annoyance, but overall the place was fine for resting your head.

The location was good, but the hallways and service area were dirty, there was no elevator, and the room didn't have water cups. Breakfast was okay, but not great.

The beds felt like sleeping on clouds. There was no elevator, and as an 8‑month‑pregnant woman attending a weekend baseball tournament with kids, I couldn't get our cooler up the steps without help from a stranger. The pool even had bugs in it—I’ll post pictures on the site. Breakfast wasn’t much either.
