The hotel should offer better facilities for guests staying in upper or higher rooms, and the lift was always out of service.

It’s close to GBK stadium, the floors are clean, and the towers were freshly laundered; water pressure is good and the hot water is nice. The reception guy was friendly and helpful, but the sheets, though laundered, were stained. The unit is quite old with water stains on the tiles—small issues, but the super thin windows let in all the train track noise, which is why I wouldn’t come back.

The hotel claimed it would provide breakfast, yet the staff said they never serve breakfast and have no facility for it, so the information should be corrected.
