I was really impressed with the friendly staff at this hotel, they were super helpful and made my stay a lot easier. The location is also great, it's right in the heart of the city. However, there were a few issues that let it down for me. The hotel claims to have free wifi, but it's only available when it's not raining, which was a bit frustrating. I also had to pay a 100 ringgit security deposit, but they didn't give me a receipt, which seemed a bit dodgy.
