The place is gorgeous, with a fantastic pool that offers a great view, a fun kids’ playroom, and the staff remember names. The restaurant is solid, the lobby bar is excellent, and after our second stay we’ll probably come back again.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated, complete with a lovely terrace overlooking the sea. The hotel itself is tastefully designed with a lot of attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and always fresh, with plenty of options for everyone. The location is a bit remote, so you need a taxi or scooter to reach the main spots, which takes about half an hour because of traffic congestion. The staff were super friendly and very attentive, which we really appreciated. The only thing we could say is that everything was just fine.

The place is beautiful, but the location is not ideal.

The hotel sits in a nice area and is beautifully built, but the view wasn’t great. Some staff attitudes ruined the experience for us; we felt discriminated against and ignored, especially by Diah who greeted and directed people to their tables. She ignored us entirely but would rush over to greet white guests, which happened twice – it felt very racist. Rahayu, the waitress, was lovely, professional, and attentive.
