Cheap, located next to a parking lot, the alley is quiet and easy to park. The road into the big city is easy to navigate, and there is an elevator. The room was a bit small and a bit dirty.

The owner was friendly and enthusiastic, but cleanliness was poor, with many cockroaches under the window, making me afraid to close it.
