The hotel sits right next to everything, which was a big plus, but the room itself feels cramped and tight.

The recently renovated holiday home is very functional, the street is quiet, and the rooms are well soundproofed; free parking is available nearby at least from Tuesday to Saturday, though I'm not sure about peak times and weekends. A suggestion rather than a complaint: it would be handy to have breakfast on site, especially since they have a nice common lounge with a kitchen.

The location is great and the place is calm. However, there is no kettle to brew tea, and the coffee machine is a bit mysterious.

Even after staying several days, the room still smelled nice and the balcony was spacious. The only issue is that there is no small fridge in the room, which is common in similar places; a fridge is only available on the ground floor in a large shared kitchen.
