The location, the large family room, the extremely friendly staff and the room service were all excellent, and the price‑performance ratio was superb – our family of five would definitely return. The breakfast selection was limited for families, though it was sufficient for hostel guests; everything else was freshly prepared daily and constantly replenished.

The daily cleaning of the rooms and towel changes are positive.

Everything was good – the staff were great, the place is tucked away from the main strip in Lamai but only a 2‑minute walk. The beach is across the street, 30 seconds away. There were no problems with the property itself. Construction across the road was fine; it was done at a suitable time and finished well each day (I was almost always out of the accommodation when they started working).

The staff were nice and the hotel was close to both the beach and the town, but the pool was under construction, there was nighttime noise from other guests, the room sat between two corridors with little light, and the shower flooded the entire bathroom.

The location is really convenient, and the property has everything needed for a good stay, especially if you’re backpacking. As the name suggests, the atmosphere is truly chill! I was disappointed to leave.
