The room advertised looked different; the actual bathroom had no door. Also, there were a lot of stairs.

First off, kudos to the team; the ladies and the guy were all very friendly and attentive, making everything smooth. Another plus was having basic comforts like AC, hot water, and comfy beds. What I didn’t like was that the shower was right at the entrance and the toilet at the back, so the water would spill into the toilet when showering. Since I had a stroller with a baby, climbing the stairs was a hassle, but the staff helped me haul the stroller up.

Nothing good. Everything was bad.

Great value for the price, the beds were decent for what I paid and the service was very good. The bathroom was a bit disorganized – I’m not picky, but others might not like it. My specific room had a lot of street noise at night.

I booked this place to catch Demi Lovato’s solo show in São Paulo; among the options it was the best for proximity to the show and the airport, plus the 24‑hour front desk. The price was a great deal for someone who doesn’t need many extras. I saw a lot of complaints about the bed and pillows, but I actually prefer thin pillows and the mattress was super soft – nothing bothered me. The bathroom lacks a shower box and the acoustics let you hear hallway traffic, but that didn’t keep me from sleeping for two nights. The only issue was a strong cigarette smell in room 47, probably from the mattress; the room has no ventilation and a no‑smoking sign, so it was the guests’ fault. Also, there’s no accessibility – if you can’t or don’t want to climb stairs, it’s a problem.
