The location is quiet and the staff is very friendly.

The staff were very nice, but because we arrived late the room wasn’t ready, the heating was off, the duvets were worn, and it was just very cold.

The staff were very friendly, yet the room wasn’t particularly clean and the bathroom was everywhere, especially the shower, with mold. The kitchen was untidy and dirty.
