The inn’s location was good and convenient, though the rooms felt a bit dated.

I had an excellent stay: the front desk team were warm and helpful, the room was roomy and spotless, and the top‑floor lounge added a nice touch; the place is in a great spot and I’d recommend it.

The hotel’s amenities were perfect and the staff—especially the night‑shift guy—were always welcoming before and after our nights out and very kind; we appreciated the larger room and better shower compared to other hotels. However, the washer/dryer was unreliable, leaving dark oil circles on our clothes that wouldn’t wash out, and the toilet would sometimes fail to fill and flush, forcing us to use the upstairs bathroom; we told front desk, they promised to look into it but never followed up, which was a bit frustrating.

I enjoyed a wonderful stay at An Nguyen Boutique Hotel, located in a charming local area that’s easy to find, with staff who were consistently helpful. The room was spotless, roomy, and fully equipped, and the lift made moving luggage a breeze. I also appreciated the rooftop common area that included a kitchen and dining space, complimentary coffee and snacks, and the convenience of a washing machine and dryer. All in all, it was a very comfortable and hassle‑free stay in a great neighborhood, and I’d gladly return. One small improvement would be to provide a “Do Not Disturb” sign for rooms, as housekeeping once opened my door while I was still sleeping, which could be avoided with a sign.
