“Desconfortavel”

The gentleman who chatted with me over WhatsApp was very friendly, but the door wouldn’t close properly and was all disassembled, so we had to sleep with the room’s lock open and the latch jammed.

“Overall good but AC was not working”

The staff handled self‑check‑in, yet they forgot to mention the building number, making it tricky for newcomers to locate the 100 building; also, the AC was non‑functional.

“Die reinste Katastrophe, keine Worte dafür!”

Nothing good to mention! Everything was a disaster; it should never have been approved by Boolong. They’re even demanding cancellation fees for a place that’s hazardous to health, with mold everywhere and a toilet that can’t be used because it’s right next to the flush. Booking was already contacted and they’re far from helpful. We didn’t stay there!

We avoided this spot because of its lack of cleanliness and security, so I booked Residencial Ideal in Saldanha instead. The worst part was that someone else had stayed in the room.
