Hotel Metland Smara Kertajati

“Menyenangkan”

I liked everything. The only issue was that the in‑room trash can could be replaced with a covered one.

“Good place for transit!”

Everything was fine and the price was justified even during peak season, though the breakfast was minimal and could use better menu options and flavor.

“Belum menunjukkan standar layanan hotel bintang 4”

I was quite pleased with the hotel's strategic location, but unfortunately, it's a bit far from dining and tourist spots. However, the breakfast options were somewhat limited, and some of the dishes tasted stale and cold.

“Beautiful views & outdoor areas, beautiful hotel design, but the location is remote”

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience, thanks to its beautiful design and lovely colors. The outdoor areas, including the pool, are stunning, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding plant fields. I was also impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. However, the hotel's remote location, away from major attractions, can be a drawback. It's not ideal for those who want to explore the local area, as getting a taxi or ordering food can be time-consuming.

I was quite disappointed with the hotel's initial preparation for my stay, as I found that some essential items were missing from my room upon arrival. However, the friendly staff quickly made up for this by providing the necessary items and even offered a complimentary upgrade to a larger room. Although the initial impression was not great, the hotel's service and amenities eventually won me over, making for a pleasant overall experience.
