There’s a small kitchen that’s very handy, and parking is on a closed property.

The room is in an office‑service building on the attic. It’s spacious with a large bathroom, and the furnishings differ from the standard: there’s a iron, a pour‑over coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, and you can use a microwave and stove in a separate room. However, with just the address it’s hard to find the entrance because it’s on the side of a closed estate.
