The hotel managed to relocate us immediately because it had no electricity and was closed. We would have liked to be informed earlier that the hotel was shut down due to a power failure, not just when we arrived.

It’s only a street away from the village and the lagoon. The Wi‑Fi never came on. Hot water was unreliable and on the first day we had no hot water at all, which was a problem in the cold.

The location is great. We had to request a room cleaning and fresh towels, but they didn’t do it even though the “clean the room” sign was up.

The location is excellent and the staff seem nice, but it’s disappointing that the property isn’t kept in good shape. The place isn’t clean enough and feels like we didn’t get fair value for the price. It seems the property was heavily invested in before, but less so now. It’s not well maintained, although the potential is clear and it’s still very good!
