The hotel sits close to the airport and the restaurant staff were friendly, but the room was dirty and the front desk staff were not welcoming.

Clean and comfortable, near the metro, and the on‑site cafe serves tasty food, but the shower lacks a proper enclosure.

We booked a room a few days in advance and told the hotel we would arrive at 2 a.m.; they advertised an airport transfer, we ordered it and received confirmation, yet no one met us when we got there. We tried calling the phone listed on the booking site, but a stranger answered and told us we were calling the wrong number before hanging up. We then sent a request through the booking site and via email, but received no reply. We were left on the street all night and had to scramble to find another hotel. Do not recommend this place.

Despite my flight being delayed by six hours, I arrived at the hotel well after check-in time, but the staff kindly checked me in without any issues. What's more, when I had to leave before breakfast, the hotel staff went out of their way to prepare it for me ahead of schedule, which was a lovely touch.

I was pleased with the hotel's affordable price and overall cleanliness. The staff also allowed us to leave our luggage while we explored the city, which was a huge help. However, I did find it a bit odd that they didn't provide a small bottle of water in the room - it would have been a nice touch, especially in the morning when I was thirsty.
