The colorful houses and the pool were lovely, but the place was dirty and I was disappointed; when we arrived there was no electricity, while the nearby hotels did have it.

The breakfast prepared by Angela was delicious and Jesús’s service was extraordinary! We loved everything exactly as we found it.

Everything I liked; everything was excellent, the only thing that could improve is the reservation handling because when we arrived they didn’t have our reservation and had to confirm it, but overall the treatment by the gentlemen was high quality, the stay was super excellent and they were attentive to everything.

The charming style of the painted houses, the well‑served rich breakfast, the superior and attentive service by manager Jesus and his wife, and the location away from the night noise. A bit more shelf space for clothes would help since we were on a three‑week holiday across Mexico which requires more clothing (warmer) than a stay at Holbox.

Jesus was super friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The best part of the cabin was the bed. The cabin was very small, there is no space even for a suitcase, very little room. In the bathroom there is not even a shelf to put things, only a small cabinet under the sink.
