Located 500 m from Porta Maggiore and a two‑minute drive from Orvieto’s historic centre, the B&B provides complimentary on‑site parking and easy access to Perugia Airport (53 km).

Rosanna was a fantastic host, replying quickly to texts and calls on WhatsApp; she was very warm and welcoming, which mattered a lot for a solo female traveler. The room was tidy, spacious, and nicely furnished, complete with a private balcony. The bathroom was roomy and the hot shower had excellent water pressure. Breakfast was tasty, and Rosanna even drove me to the train station herself, going above and beyond in every way, for which I’m truly grateful. The only downside was the location: without a car you must climb a steep hill to reach the town, and after dinner you’ll need a taxi to return to the B&B because the road back is treacherous at night; every taxi ride costs 20 € regardless of distance, which can add up.

It was an amazing stay—cozy, with great views, and the host Rosanna did everything she could to make us enjoy it. Nothing to add.

The staff were kind, breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable. The location is close to the center but requires a walk uphill.

The location was perfect and the management flawless! I really appreciated the on‑site motorcycle parking. Highly recommended!
