“Great location for the O2. Super friendly staff thanks Shaima for the warm welcome.”
Getting to the O2 Arena was a breeze from the hotel, which was great since we were staying specifically for the concert.

The staff were lovely when I checked in late at night and again when I checked out very early in the morning.

The room was excellent and the staff were friendly, but the view from the room was lacking.

The staff were friendly, and there was nothing negative to mention.

The location was perfect, the staff were very friendly, and the room was comfortable; everything was clean, spacious, and nice—ideal for a business trip, sightseeing, or a mix of both. I’ll gladly return.
