The food was limited but good, the pool was okay and the grounds were pleasing. The staff on site were helpful as much as they could. Showers were cold because the hot water wasn’t plumbed – the shower nozzle was blocked. The TV didn’t work, there were no top sheets on the beds, and I was the only guest while key staff seemed to be missing. I asked for the room to be made up but the housekeeper wasn’t there, and when I asked for an upgrade the manager was missing. This hotel needs better management. The location is a little isolated, so unless you have transport it’s hard to get to the site or shop.

The staff were helpful but restricted, and the location was okay. There was no internet in the room. The water nozzle didn’t work, the hose was leaking everywhere, and the hose by the toilet was leaking so the floor stayed wet. Only a bottom sheet was provided, no top sheet, and the blankets only covered half the bed, so two were needed for two people. The bed was very hard. The aircon was very loud and not very good. We were moved rooms because a previous guest had complained about the loud aircon and was moved into our room before we arrived. There are no signs outside the property and no indication of where it is. What a bad experience. It currently has a rating of 7.5, and I think this will drop rapidly.

“Hotel dans un cadre charmant et une végétation luxuriante”

The setting was pleasant, the vegetation nice, the pool beautiful, and the staff very friendly and attentive. The bathrooms need improvement.
