The location is very good, situated in the heart of Ooty. It’s a decent hotel for the price, clean and hygienic overall. I would recommend it for families! The room service was extremely slow during peak hours.

The staff were unhelpful and didn’t respond properly; check‑in was delayed, there was no hot water for 2 hours, and the bathroom faucet wasn’t working, as shown in the photos.

The place was quiet, parking was convenient, security was solid, and the food at the restaurant was tasty and well kept.

The room was large and had a balcony, but the balcony faced the back of the building and didn’t overlook the town, which is why I paid the higher price.
