The women on the staff were very kind and helpful, but the male receptionist put us in a very difficult situation by refusing to give us the massage that was part of our booking; I rate it one star because the hotel is unreliable and dirty.

The location is great, but the bathroom was dirty and in poor overall condition.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the noise from the generator at the back of the hotel at night was a real nuisance. It was a bit of a trade-off, but the convenience of being close to everything made up for it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable, even if it was a bit on the small side. Overall, I'd stay here again, but I'd just bring some earplugs next time.
