Everything was perfect: rooms, food, staff, and the view from my room were all picture‑perfect. Nothing was wrong at all.

Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the staff were extremely helpful. The rooms and washroom were large, neat, and clean. There’s a lawn with a beautiful view, and the staff—especially Shehzad bhai—were very friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Gulmarg.

The food is better than in Gulmarg. It’s not actually in Gulmarg, costs 2500 RS per day to get to Gulmarg, is 3 KM from Tangmarg bus stand, has constant noise, and the staff are unprofessional.

There’s nothing worth mentioning about this pathetic and shoddy cottage. We arrived at 2 pm for a 12 pm check‑in, waited outside the gates for 40 minutes while the staff slept and didn’t call or check on us. After being given a room, we were told there would be no hot water after 10 am and it would only be available after 7 pm, despite having pre‑booked a three‑night stay and paid 17 k in advance. The staff were irresponsible and lazy. Then, one of them entered our room without knocking, making my wife feel unsafe. We left the cottage at 5 pm the same day and didn’t stay a single night. The property owner/manager promised a full refund after hearing about these problems, but that was a lie.
