“depressing and cost me money to change to a new location VIA BNB and not Bookings.com”
I booked this for my manager in Cape Town; there was no Wi‑Fi, no coffee station, and the bed was very uncomfortable according to him. I booked a different place mid‑stay and would love a refund. The room had one window that I think couldn’t even open.
“I enjoyed my stay at your establishemnt and will definitely consider coming back again in future.”
I had a lovely time at the hotel and would definitely book again in the future. The Wi‑Fi was a mess; I couldn’t connect, but I still managed to check emails on my phone’s data plan.
The area, facilities and atmosphere were lovely, making it a great rest‑over for business trips, and everything was good.

I was pretty desperate, so I settled for this place, thinking it was just a normal house, but it felt more like a bnb, which made us uneasy. The extension didn’t work, so overall it didn’t live up to what we expected.
It felt like home, and the place was decent and clean.
