Moradia no Seixal Ericeira

“Excelente estadia.”

The room was very pretty, comfortable and practical. The owners took care to provide all the basic needs and more (bottled water, drinks, sweets and welcome biscuits) and were transparent about the accommodation and costs. They were very kind and friendly; they answered our questions and fulfilled our requests. Excellent people. The neighborhood was very quiet, with a great view and atmosphere. Parking on the street is somewhat limited because there isn’t dedicated space, but that isn’t the owners’ fault.

“Muy bien”

The accommodation is a small room with a private bathroom and entrance that belongs to a house where the owners live, but they give you your space and privacy. I had to contact them to find it and there was no problem. It was possible to park nearby because it’s a small residential area with few people, on the outskirts of Ericeira, so you need to move around with the car. The room was small but sufficient, very comfortable and quiet with no noise. The garden is lovely and it’s appreciated to enjoy breakfast on the terrace.

All the little touches to make you feel comfortable (small biscuits and a bottle of wine as a bonus). The host was responsive. Clean and comfortable. Parking in front. The intermittent noise from the dehumidifier all night (+ dog barking in the neighborhood, but that was a bit everywhere in Portugal and the host can’t do anything about it). The accommodation was dark and a bit damp. The décor was a bit cluttered, but that’s a matter of taste.

“Camera perfetta, consigliatissimo”

The room is spotless, fragrant, complete with everything and even more. It feels like home because the environment is pleasantly familiar. I highly recommend it. If you have a car it’s perfect for a stopover in Ericeira (just 5 minutes by car). They even offered me homemade biscuits as part of the welcome set. 5 stars without hesitation.
