“Ottimo hotel per famiglie”

The food quality is excellent with a menu that also respects tradition; inside the valley the hotel has a great location, the Minuclub activities are varied, the staff pays attention to detail, the covered garage, everything is very clean. Not all staff understand or speak Italian. The pool is tiny and all at the same level (about 150 cm), so children always need to be accompanied and there’s no option to watch them in a more suitable pool. The communication of the Minuclub opening hours didn’t clearly state that during some activities the child supervision service is not available.

We want to thank the entire hotel team from the bottom of our hearts. From the very first moment we felt warmly welcomed and completely comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, and the breathtaking nature and impressive view are simply indescribable. The friendliness of all staff, the excellent service, and the warm atmosphere made our stay something truly special. The food was also outstanding—everything was fresh, tasty, and prepared with great care. Together with our children we experienced unforgettable moments and collected many beautiful memories that we will always keep in our hearts. We already look forward to returning and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The food (3/4 pension) was excellent and the wellness area is very appealing and well laid out. We were traveling with small children at the end of March during the transition season and had a lot of rain, so it was a bit difficult to find outdoor activities. The good indoor facilities compensated for that. :-)
