“Una perla immersa nella natura ..che potrebbe brillare di più!”

The spot is charming, the view gorgeous. The farmhouse is beautiful, rooms unique, perfect for a relaxing break since it’s literally surrounded by nature. The page said there was a restaurant, but when we arrived Friday we were told dinner only offered a platter of cold cuts and cheeses; our 11‑year‑old son liked it, but I expected more options, especially hot dishes, since the place is so remote and going out at night isn’t convenient (especially for a one‑night stop). The same issue applied to breakfast, which was very limited. A real shame at these prices.

Staff was wonderful! Friendly,warm and very accommodating. Federica was an amazing chef! Attention to detail was so great! From the music played, to the wonderful scents . The grounds were great!

“Amazing stay & very relaxing”

Loved how personal they made it feel. We felt safe where we were at. Very quiet but also a fun vibe! The property is beautiful. Taxis were able to take us into Orvieto very easily for an evening. They made anything work for us. David was a top host, he made our stay so great
