The staff were amazing—anything we needed they were there. My son is disabled and had gone through his clothes for the week, and the lady who worked Thursday night was incredible. We got extra sheets. The place is in a great location right on North Conway, walking to Breakfest in the morning, and the shipping store is right down the street. The room was amazing, perfect for watching movies at night like a movie theater, free popcorn—A+A+A+. Everything was great; we had no problems.
“Great place for romantic adventures.”
The theme rooms were fantastic, and there were no complaints.

The jacuzzi tub was amazing, though the toilet clogged.
“It was a very nice and relaxing stay!”
The spot is great, but the pizza was awful and the gift shop didn’t offer good value for its prices.
“We will definitely be staying again!”
It was a blast, and the staff genuinely wanted to make the stay enjoyable; I ordered extras for my husband’s birthday and the selection was excellent. I would have liked breakfast options or an opening time for the restaurant, but there are plenty of choices in town, so that’s a minor nitpick.
