We never received a room and still had to pay the full price; after four complaints to customer service, nothing changed.

The location was fine and the hotel was easy to find, with enough free parking available. Unfortunately, the hotel closed at 22:00, so we couldn’t get in after about 22:30 and had to call for access; the toilet was extremely dirty and we had to clean it ourselves.

We booked for three people, but were told at short notice that only two could stay because of a water damage issue; the heating broke completely the first night, forcing us to move for the second night; we couldn’t get a key to enter the hotel alone at night.
