The accommodation was great—exactly what I expected. The room was smaller than I’d hoped, but that didn’t bother us. The beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was well equipped, and the staff were very kind and smiling. We were surprised by how small our room was, but it still worked for us.

The spot was spot on, the bed was comfy and the air‑con worked great.

The location was fine and it wasn’t very hot. The staff were great and friendly, but I wasn’t happy with the cleanliness. We found black marks on the mattress cover, and the worst part was that the superior double room I booked turned out to be two single beds joined together, making the middle of the bed uncomfortable.

The location, cleanliness, and staff were all excellent. Showers were very hot. The hotel is two blocks from Queensway Tube, a host of restaurants, and one block from Hyde Park. The twin room was tiny, the twin beds were narrow, and there was barely any space to move; the bathroom and shower were also small.
