The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area, but the initial impression wasn't great due to the chaotic arrival process. However, the staff were friendly and helpful, which made up for it. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the arrival experience left a lot to be desired.

The hotel owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The service was top-notch, and the room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way - the staff were courteous and helpful, the room was spotless and exactly as described, and the location was fantastic, just a short stroll from the walking street with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a VinMart right next door. I'd definitely stay here again when I'm in Uông Bí.

Unfortunately, I had a disturbing experience at this hotel - they seemed to have a policy of sharing guest information with third parties, which made me feel uncomfortable and compromised my personal security.
