The room was clean. The facilities were too basic for the price, the air‑conditioning unit was so old it didn’t cool at all, and the hotel felt stuck in time. We tried to have coffee at 7 a.m. and found nothing but a few fruits; there was no one to restock, and it was the first hour of breakfast. We left the hotel without eating because there was nothing else to eat. When we asked the front‑desk staff for information, they seemed annoyed and gave us a cold look. We will never return.

The shower was good, the water was cold, and the temperature was excellent. They lent us a steamer. The mattress had visible springs, there was no TV in the room, and there was no full‑length mirror. We asked for new towels and a room cleaning, but nothing was done. They didn’t even take out the bathroom trash for two days. There was mold on the wall, and after 22:00 h there was a lot of noise from Saturday to Sunday. The towels were thin, so we requested replacements. There were no wardrobes or hangers.

The location is good, close to UFMS. Breakfast is fine, staff are excellent. The room’s comfort was terrible; I couldn’t open the window and the bed was almost just wood.
