The only thing that could have been liked was the good location, easy access, a 10‑minute walk to the Pammukale pools, and hassle‑free parking in front of the hotel. Everything else was terrible—everything was filthy, the air conditioning worked like a tractor, I turned it off and the one behind the wall wouldn’t let me sleep, the spring mattresses hurt my back, the pillows were stone‑hard, and I booked at the last minute when I was exhausted and didn’t read the reviews or ratings. I’ll never do it again.

“Lamentável”

The only positive was the location. The towel smelled like cigarette, the shower was broken and didn’t heat or stay attached to the wall, so I had to hold it for my wife to bathe; the drain didn’t let water go down, which was the worst, and the air conditioning didn’t work. All we wanted was a decent shower.

“Great location. Needs a good scrub.”

The spot is fantastic—just a short walk to Travertines and Hieropolis, and a dolmuş to Laodikeia, with A101 and a bunch of restaurants a block away. The bed was comfy, sheets and towels were clean, and the shared kitchen was easy to use. On the downside, the overall cleanliness left something to be desired; I once dropped a sewing needle and had to dig it out of the floor, which was pretty unpleasant. The building’s exterior could use a street‑art makeover.

I was greeted by a hotel under renovation, which didn't quite match the price I paid. In my opinion, the hotel owners should prioritize closing the hotel for renovations or at least make significant improvements. Unfortunately, what I found was a construction site instead of a hotel. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations.
